What happens once I submit a contact form?
What happens if I don’t receive a response?
Once you submit a contact form, within 24-48 hours your therapist will respond with additional information regarding the therapy process. In addition, you can also schedule your free 30-minute consultation. Once you have set a date and time, you will receive a calendar invitation for your video call. It is recommended to give your therapist at least 12-24 hours to reschedule the consultation.
Sometimes the contact forms are not received immediately, this can be a result of your service or the therapist’s service. If this happens and you do not receive an email response within 48 hours, please send a direct follow-up email to info@beyondborderstherapy.com. Online therapy has its technical difficulties, sending a follow-up email is welcome and will be helpful in cases where technology is against us.
